2. Our Services

inkOUT provides natural tattoo removal services using TEPR™ (Trans Epidermal Pigment Release) technology. We operate locations in Austin, Chicago, Draper, and Houston, and work with affiliate partner locations worldwide.

Important: Results vary. Complete tattoo removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on many factors including tattoo age, ink composition, ink depth, skin type, immune response, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Typical complete removal requires 3-5 sessions over 8-12 months for most tattoos. Partial removal for revisions or cover-up preparation typically requires 1-3 sessions over 6-9 months.

3. FDA Registration

inkOUT uses TEPR™ technology as a Class 1, FDA registered medical device. It is manufactured by an FDA-registered facility. FDA registration is a regulatory requirement for facilities that manufacture medical devices and does not constitute evaluation, approval, or clearance by the FDA

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive our services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. Consultations and Appointments

Booking

When you book a consultation or appointment through our website, you will receive confirmation via email. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

Cancellations

You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without providing advance notice, you may be charged a no-show fee and required to prepay for future appointments.

inkOUT's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.

This limitation does not apply to injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You agree to:

• Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions

• Attend all scheduled appointments or cancel with proper notice

• Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns

• Not hold inkOUT responsible for results affected by your failure to follow instructions
